	Hatem was an integral part of the company’s major turnaround. He became Deputy CEO in 2017 and is the current CEO & Managing Director Prior to joining ADI Capital Egypt, Hatem was Assistant General Manager of Investment Banking at National Bank of Egypt Throughout his Investment Banking and Corporate Credit experience, Hatem worked at Citibank N.A., Commercial International Bank ( CIB ) and Naeem Financial Investments Throughout his career, Hatem has advised and executed M&As, Debt & Equity transactions with a combined value in excess of EGP 60 billion Hatem participated in and managed several successful deals including M&As, equity and debt capital markets, as well as securitization finance transactions, where he gained a solid experience in deal sourcing, execution and closure Hatem holds an MBA (finance focus) from Maastricht School of Management Hatem is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California State Board of Accountancy
	Prior to joining to ADI Capital, Ahmed was Director at KAMCO Investment Company As an experienced banker with over 15 years, Ahmed worked at Pharos Investment Banking, CI Capital, Concord International Investments Group and Cairo Financial Holding where he participated and managed to source, execute and close M&A, ECM and DCM transactions with a combined value in excess of USD 2.5 billion Ahmed is Currently a member of Egyptian Private Equity Association (EPEA) Ahmed was a Professional Instructor, Program Advisor and Material Developer at the American University in Cairo (AUC) at the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) and Egyptian Private Equity Association (EPEA) Ahmed holds a BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University
	Hazem is a corporate finance professional with almost 12 years of extensive corporate finance and investment banking experience, advised and executed debt land mark transactions with a combined value of EGP 60 billion Prior to joining ADI Capital Egypt, Hazem worked at several banking institutions including Alex Bank (Subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo) and Arab African International Bank under the umbrella of the Investment Banking & Corporate Finance Division Hazem worked with all types of organizations; Government, Public Sector, Multinationals and Large Corporates dealing with Local Lenders, International Finance Institutions (IFI’s), Development Finance Institutions (DFI’s) and Export Credit Agencies (ECA’s) across diversified industries. Hazem was involved in a wide range of transactions covering most of the financing spectrum including origination, advising, structuring and execution of syndications & club deals, project & structured finance, corporate & securitization bonds, Egypt’s Euro Bond as well as Sukuk issuance Hazem passed CFA Level I June 2011 as well as Arab African International Bank Credit Program 2012, conducted by ADEVA Partners Limited for Training & Consultancy Hazem graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Faculty of Commerce & Business Administration in Helwan University
